How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
People who reach out to Behalftemple Walk-In Tubs should be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to send a concern and what we do with it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring Us
You can write to us about:
- How your call or message to Behalftemple Walk-In Tubs was handled
- How we dealt with your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know that Behalftemple Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@behalftemple.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
