What We Expect

Homeowners are making a big decision. We expect providers to treat it that way.

• Hold the licenses, insurance and permits your area requires
• Give clear written quotes with line items
• Explain what is and is not included
• Answer questions in plain words
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign on the spot
• Make honest statements about price, timing and coverage

We do not accept providers who promise insurance payouts or make claims they cannot back up.

• The towns and counties you cover
• How long you have been doing this work
• How you handle quotes and warranties

We will review your note and reply if your business looks like a fit for the network. Joining may involve a referral fee, and the terms will be explained before you agree to anything.
